KRALL CONCERT IN DENVER
The concert I attended was very good. Her playing and personality on stage were accomplished and fun. The band members were also very good, providing a good background for her piano. The solos by all were extremely enjoyable. Wells Fargo Theater, the venue, was also a great place for her music, which can be very quiet at times. I could hear the drummer rubbing his sticks together to create a sanding type effect during his solo, showing how good the venue could be for a band that has silences throughout a song. This was my first time seeing Original Lakeside. My only negative comment is that they did not play long enough; only about 90 minutes. The show started a bit late as well. As expensive as the tickets were $145, 2 hours should have been the minimum.
